Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Zambid — whether through the website, the mobile app, the seller cockpit, or any related service (collectively, the “Platform”) — you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email and posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract under applicable law. By creating an account you confirm you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

Sellers must additionally pass our verification checks, which may include identity verification, business documentation, and bank-account confirmation for payouts.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@zambid.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, attempt to manipulate auctions, engage in fraud, or harm the platform or its users.

Every bid placed on the Platform is a binding offer. Once you win an auction, you are obligated to complete payment for the item at the winning price plus applicable shipping, taxes, and platform fees, all quoted in PKR.

Sellers commit to delivering the item described, in the condition represented, within the timeline shown at checkout. Failure to fulfill a sale may result in penalties, account restrictions, or removal from the platform.

Anti-snipe rules, max-bid behavior, and auction extension windows are published in the seller and buyer help center and form part of these terms by reference.

All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payments are processed by our payment partners; Zambid does not store full card numbers or banking credentials.

Platform fees, payout schedules, and any promotional waivers are published in the seller cockpit. We may adjust these rates with at least 30 days’ written notice.

Payouts are settled to the bank or wallet account on file after the buyer protection window closes for each sale, less applicable fees, taxes, and chargebacks.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• list counterfeit, illegal, recalled, or stolen items;
• manipulate auction outcomes, shill-bid, or collude with other users;
• harass, threaten, or impersonate any person on a live stream or in chat;
• circumvent platform fees by completing transactions off-platform;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the Platform’s infrastructure.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of pending payouts, and legal action where appropriate.

Eligible buyers may open a claim within 7 days of delivery if the item received is materially different from the listing, damaged in transit, or never arrives. Resolution may include refund, partial refund, or return at our discretion.

High-value categories (e.g. sneakers, watches, trading cards) may be subject to additional authentication checks before funds are released to the seller.

The Platform, its branding, designs, and code are owned by Zambid and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload (listings, streams, images), but you grant Zambid a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote that content as needed to operate the Platform.

The Platform is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zambid disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform is limited to the platform fees we collected from you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore for any dispute not resolved through good-faith negotiation.
