Zambid strictly prohibits the creation, upload, sharing, transmission, or facilitation of any content related to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Any user found engaging in these activities will face an immediate, permanent account ban, hardware/IP blocks, and mandatory reporting to national and international law enforcement agencies.

We provide our community with prominent, easily accessible tools to flag suspicious behaviour or content in real time.

• Content reporting: Users can report any profile, image, or message thread directly in-app by tapping the “Report” icon.
• Dedicated categorisation: When submitting a report, users can explicitly select “Child Safety Concern” to route the flag immediately to our priority review queue.
• Anonymity and protection: All reports are treated with strict confidentiality to protect the reporter.

Zambid employs a multi-layered moderation system to prevent, detect, and remove harmful content:

• Automated screening: We use advanced automated hashing and filtering technologies to scan uploads for known CSAM/CSAE indicators and prevent them from ever surfacing on the platform.
• Human review: A dedicated trust & safety team is active 24/7 to review prioritised child-safety flags within minutes of submission.
• Proactive monitoring: Our moderation team actively audits public-facing elements of social/dating interactions to intercept grooming behaviours or illicit solicitation.

Zambid complies fully with all relevant regional, national, and international child-safety laws.

• Mandatory reporting: In accordance with global legal obligations, any detected instances of CSAM or active CSAE are immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local law enforcement authorities.
• Data preservation: We preserve all necessary digital evidence — including account details, IP addresses, and communication logs — to assist law enforcement agencies in their investigations.
