Account & data deletion

Delete your Zambid account

You can permanently delete your Zambid account from inside the mobile app — open Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account and follow the prompts. Your personal data is anonymized immediately and all active sessions are signed out.

Prefer to delete by email? Write to support@zambid.com from the email or phone number tied to your account and we’ll process the deletion within five business days.

Past transactions (orders, payouts, audit trail) are retained for legal and tax purposes but are no longer linked to your profile. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
