• Conduct gambling, lotteries, or unlawful promotions.

Zambid may terminate any livestream without notice if it violates these policies.

The following items may not be listed or sold through Zambid:

• Illegal drugs.
• Prescription medications without lawful authorization.
• Firearms and ammunition where prohibited by applicable law.
• Explosives.
• Counterfeit goods.
• Stolen property.
• Human organs or body parts.
• Wildlife products prohibited by law.
• Pornographic materials.
• Tobacco products where prohibited.
• Alcohol where prohibited.
• Gambling devices.
• Pyramid scheme products.
• Fraudulent financial services.
• Fake documents.
• Dangerous chemicals.
• Items prohibited under Pakistani law.

Zambid reserves the right to remove listings without notice.

Users retain ownership of content they create but grant Zambid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and use such content for operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

Users represent that they own or have the necessary rights to all content they upload.

Copyright infringement may result in immediate removal of content and account action.

Users may not use:

• Zambid trademarks.
• Logos.
• Brand names.
• Trade dress.
• Domain names confusingly similar to Zambid.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Rights holders may submit complaints regarding alleged copyright or trademark infringement.

• Description of the allegedly infringing material.
• URL or listing reference.
• Contact information.
• A statement made in good faith that the complainant believes the use is unauthorized.

Zambid may remove or disable access to the challenged material while the matter is reviewed.

Zambid may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to:

• Identify counterfeit products.
• Moderate livestreams.
• Flag prohibited content.
• Detect spam.
• Prevent abuse.
• Improve search and recommendations.

Automated decisions may be reviewed by human moderators where appropriate.

Users may receive:

• Security alerts.
• Service announcements.
• Promotional emails.
• SMS notifications.
• Push notifications.

Users may opt out of marketing communications where applicable, but service-related messages may still be sent.

The Platform is not intended for children under the minimum age permitted by applicable law to use the service independently.

Accounts created by underage users without appropriate authorization may be suspended or removed. Our Child Safety Standards set out how we prevent, detect, and report child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Zambid provides an online marketplace connecting independent buyers and sellers.

Except where expressly stated:

• Zambid does not manufacture products.
• Zambid does not guarantee product quality, authenticity, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Zambid is not responsible for representations made by independent sellers.
• Zambid’s role is limited to facilitating marketplace services, payment processing (or payment facilitation through authorized providers), and dispute management.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits rights that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

Zambid may:

• Introduce new services.
• Discontinue services.
• Change fees.

• Restrict certain functionality.
